Diet IS Life or Death

Your diet is the heart of your existence.

You are either supporting your body or slowly killing it.

Your DIET is what you eat every day 24/7. It includes everything you drink and every special diet restriction you try.

Your body has been built on all your past years of eating and drinking.  Every toxin and toxic additive that was in your food and drink is probably still stored somewhere in all that stored fat.

Even if you are not excessively over weight, your stored fat contains some toxins.

Diet is more than just what you do when you want to lose some excess pounds.  Diet is the basis of life.  Once you accept that your diet determines your life span, your quality of life, your ability to think, your ability to remain calm in crisis, and your ability to prevent disease, then you can willingly and easily gain the road to health.

Lack of necessary dietary nutrition has been linked to every major disease.  At the same time, excessive intake of the wrong so called food items has also been linked to every major disease.

A major decision you make every day is on the supplements you take. Very few of us eat a proper diet even when the food is available.  Supplements are a fact of life.  Supplements can make the difference in disability and health.  Especially for those of us who already have 30 plus years of unhealthy eating history.

1. Believe that you can be healthy and fit no matter where you are today. If you believe that you will always be unhealthy or fat, that is your reality.

2. Educate yourself on what foods and herbs can increase your health and longevity. Just adding a piece of fruit or some nuts can make a difference.

3. Move your body more often. You don't have to run a marathon but you can learn to fidget.

4. Substitute healthier alternatives for your bad habits. Suck on a piece of vitamin C candy instead of lighting up that cigarette. Have a cup or glass of healthy herbal tea instead of that cola.
