I came across your Web site and I am really intrested in
the diatery pills (green tea) for the belly fat I used to
suffer from being thin and that was before i turned 27 after I
got married and I change my eating habits and the food quality
and since I moved to the USA I gained about 25 pounds and the
problem is that most of the extra pounds is in the belly and I
really did not like it.
I went in a hard diet (starve myself) and I lost about 8 pounds
in one month but the loosing was from the whole body and face
and not the belly fat. so I need ur help with some pills and
advice to get rid of that belly and go back to the old one , I
am 30 years old now name withheld
Belly is Getting Fat
I will assume that the food quality changes you refer to are
from fast food - hamburgers, fries, pizza. So the first
thing would be to modify your diet and include more fresh
fruits and vegetables.
If you must have fast food make it for lunch. That way
you have most of the day to work it off. Then make your
evening meal based on salad with lots of vegetables like
broccoli and carrots.
How long did it take you to gain 25 pounds? You cannot
realistically expect to remove that 25 pounds of fat in a week
or two. Any starvation diet will convince your body that
it must hold on to fat to protect your vital organs from the
next famine. Aim to reduce your fat by no more than 2
pounds a week. That is a lot when you are building muscle
as well because muscle weighs more than fat.
You question green tea pills. Although they will help
with the weight loss, I recommend that you drink at least 1 cup
of green tea every day as well.
Pills are quick and easy but no pill can match the benefits
of fresh whole teas. Some people cannot stand the taste
of green tea and it does take some getting use to.
Sweeten only with honey never sugar.
Try to get in 3-5 cups a day. For some people this
much green tea will loosen the bowels for a few days. If
this is a problem for you reduce the amount you drink.
Take the pills but add your own brewed tea. Stay away
from the pre-sweetened green tea drinks sold in stores.
As for pills also add CLA Tonalin and 5-HTP. Both
encourage the body to build muscle which helps burn the
fat.
Exercise to lose belly fat.
That brings us to exercise. You need to build up your
core muscles in order to maintain a flat stomach. The
easiest way to do that is walking and free weights. I also
suggest perhaps Pilates. That exercise plan is designed to
build the core muscles. It is relatively easy and is easy
on joints.
You are young and your body will respond quickly to good
changes. Make sure you are building muscle and the belly
will go away. Help with the housework such as
mopping floors, mow the yard, swing a golf club.
Exercise is not just a work out at the gym or running a
mile. It is tennis and golf and riding a bike and
swimming and all those fun things. Even sexual activity
is a fat burner.
If you have no experience with free weights, consult a local
gym. You will set yourself back if you try to do weights
improperly and tear muscles or ligaments.

I did hear back from this young man and he is doing
well. He purchased a set of free weights and is using
them on a regular basis. He changed his meals to a more
healthy emphasis on vegetables rather than quick fast food.
His wife joined him on this lose weight, lose belly fat
journey. They were wanting to have children and she had
gained so much weight she was no longer having
periods.
