BINGE EATING


Over 9,000 people participated in the survey, and it was discovered that binge eating afflicts 3.5 per cent of women and 2.0 per cent of men at some point in their lives.

Binge and Purge. Is that a concept that is familiar to you? Are you so desperate for a flat stomach right now that you will do anything? Have you bought all the weight loss pills?

It is one thing to know the rules - eat smarter, exercise right, get enough sleep and give it time.

Today I want to tell you about 2 more supplements to actually help you burn more fat from the foods that you are eating. The first is L-carnitine. This is an amino acid that carries fats into the mitochondria of your cells where they are burned for fuel.

The other is CoQ10. Most people think of CoQ10 as something to improve their heart health and that is true. CoQ10 is like the sparkplug in your car. It turns the fats into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) the body's most readily available form of energy.

The best time to take these two supplements is 20 minutes to 30 minutes before you eat. Take them with every meal and watch the results. Instead of storing more fat - you will be burning more fat. And that is a beautiful cycle.
