The Distended Belly and Colas
Have you noticed that your stomach is flatter in the morning? By the end of the day is it back to the bulging flab?
I have a couple of thoughts for you. One -- are you drinking colas or other fizzy drinks. If so, stop just stop now.
That refreshing fizzy drink is eating your stomach and esophagus. The carbonation causes the stomach to swell and can push food and drink back up into the esophagus - acid reflux. Consider that the constant stress on the esophagus can lead to cancer. We won't even go into the sugar you are consuming or is it the liver destroying sugar substitute.
The other reason has something to do with why you are shorter at night that you are in the morning. Gravity. And exercise. Are you at least trying to hold that stomach area in? When sitting do you suck in your stomach trying to touch your back bone at least 20 times a day.
