Powdered Coffee Creamer and 4 Pounds
I have read all the information on the artificial coffee creamers. They all say that the additives in the creamers tend to put on weight, increase appetite and in general puts lots of toxins in your body.
One month ago today, I started using a powdered coffee creamer in my morning coffee and my chai tea. That is the only change I made in my routine - diet stayed the same as did exercise levels.
I have gained 4 pounds and all of it is in the abdomen and waist. In fact my waist measurement increased by almost a full inch.
Will I miss the creamer - yes it does taste good. Will I miss the pounds - no way.
I am guessing that using a creamer is also cumulative. The longer you use it, the more weight you put on and the bigger the belly inflates.
So -- if you are using a creamer, stop. It may take a month to see the difference, but see a difference you will.
