Lost Weight But Still Fat Belly

Lost Weight But You Still Have A Fat Belly

How frustrating. You lose 20 pounds and still have a fat belly. Your pants are baggy but you can't go to a smaller size because that big fat belly is still hanging there.

OK face facts. Diet changes alone will not do the trick. You must exercise. Now that does not mean that you have to do a hundred sit ups. If you try those situps, you are going to find that the belly sticks out even more and it will become even harder to get rid of the protrusion.

You have deep fat under those ab muscles. You need to lose that fat before you start working on the perfect abs or just being able to look in the mirror and seeing a flat stomach under those clothes.

Bet you still have bulging fat on your back and fabby arms.

Let's be practical. You need to be walking every day and do strength training every 2-3 days depending on your age. The younger you are the less time your muscles need to recouperate. Over 50 you need to wait 48-72 hours leaning more to the 72 hours at least until you start to build some muscle.

I don't know about you but I will start walking every day now that the weather is starting to warm up. I am a wimp I know but I hate walking in the cold. I am also going to up my daily intake of green tea from 2 cups to 3. Remember sweeten the green tea with honey.

There is something to be said for putting on old clothes that were too small and finding they actually fit. But perhaps it is a woman's point of view -- I want new clothes.

I am battling another stomach bug. With 6 people in the house, someone is always bringing home a new germ. If you can today get out in the sunshine and move those muscles.

Proven belly fat reduction from Diet Pills?

Proven belly fat reduction from Diet Pills?

No, I don't think so. All those diet pills have a fine print disclaimer that states that the pill will work better if combined with an exercise program. So you come back to the same old question is it the diet pills or did the exercise speed up the Metabolism.

Now we all know that the metabolism is what is in control of burning up the fat storage. If you choose not to exercise in favor of an easy diet pill then you are doomed to failure. It is that movement that becomes a habit that tells the metabolism to burn up the stored fat in your belly.

BINGE EATING

Over 9,000 people participated in the survey, and it was discovered that binge eating afflicts 3.5 per cent of women and 2.0 per cent of men at some point in their lives.

Binge and Purge. Is that a concept that is familiar to you? Are you so desperate for a flat stomach right now that you will do anything? Have you bought all the weight loss pills?

It is one thing to know the rules - eat smarter, exercise right, get enough sleep and give it time.

It is a whole different thing just living the day to day. You know in the back of your mind that people around you are making fun of you or are disgusted with you. You wallow in guilt because you crave the sugar and TV.

You are embarrassed to go out in public to exercise. You may even fear a heart attack from that exercise. You know that it is hard to breathe just walking across the room let alone around the block.

There is no easy pat answer, a one size fits all program or a miracle magic bullet.

There are supplements that can help, I have mentioned them before, such as 5-HTP or Gymnema Sylvestre.

Today I want to tell you about 2 more supplements to actually help you burn more fat from the foods that you are eating. The first is L-carnitine. This is an amino acid that carries fats into the mitochondria of your cells where they are burned for fuel.

The other is CoQ10. Most people think of CoQ10 as something to improve their heart health and that is true. CoQ10 is like the sparkplug in your car. It turns the fats into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) the body's most readily available form of energy.

The best time to take these two supplements is 20 minutes to 30 minutes before you eat. Take them with every meal and watch the results. Instead of storing more fat - you will be burning more fat. And that is a beautiful cycle.
